Holly was married three times. First, she married the actor Danny Quinn. A year after they got married, in 1993, they separated. She was introduced to Jim Carrey in 1994 during the auditions for Ace Ventura Pet Detective. While she wasn't offered the job, Jim Carrey and she developed a strong bond during filming for Dumb and Dumber. They got married in 1996. The wedding lasted just one year before they divorced in 1997 In 2001, she married Francis Greco, a Canadian-born investment banker.The couple had three children, sons Henry, George, and Alexander Holly-Greco. When she got married in 2008 to Greco she was granted the status of a Canadian citizen. The couple got divorced back in 2014. Holly is a mother of three children with her three children in Oakville Ontario Canada. Holly, Grant Grant's family as well as the Hobart William Smith Colleges established an A Fund to honour her brother Alexander. Holly stated that Alexander "was one of the boys who had many hopes, dreams and goals". Alexander was only 14 years old of age when he died and he traveled extensively to Central America and Europe, was a resident of New York City, and Los Angeles. His experiences have inspired him in the field of architecture as well as archaeology.

Alaina was born the 8th November 1994, to Kristy and J. J. Suddeth from Rossville, Georgia. Alaina's father, a Tennessee-based process technician who began singing at the age of three. After a year-long vacation and a year-long break from school, she joined the children's choir. The singer performed at the restaurants, in churches, at social gatherings with family, and all within 30 miles of her home. Alaina won her first Southern Stars Pageant talent contest when she was just 8 years old. She was chosen to sing on the Kids Talent stage at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. Performances on the stage were on for a while until she turned 12, when she became an award-winning participant in a competition that enabled her to be on stage. She travelled from Orlando, Florida, when she was ten to compete at the American Model and Talent Competition. She beat 1,500 contestants to claim the title. Alaina was a member of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association Children's Choir. Alaina first went to Nashville when she was 12 years old. The singer also appeared in local bars such as Tootsie's in Broadway. Alaina was the winner in 2009 in Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent contest. Alaina was motivated to sing because of her cousin, Holly Witherow, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Her first gig was with CiC Pizza. She attended Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia and also was a cheerleader.
